Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a report from Soul Frequencies. 

1. Nature of Products (Digital Goods)

All products sold on this website are digital products (PDF Reports). No physical product will be shipped to you. Upon purchase and generation of your report, the file will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of Human Design reports and the digital format of the delivery, all sales are final.

  • Once a report has been generated and sent, I cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to a "cooling-off" period once the digital content has been delivered.

Exceptions: If I make an error in entering the birth data you provided, I will re-generate and re-send the corrected report free of charge.

3. Accuracy of Birth Data

The accuracy of your Human Design report depends entirely on the accuracy of the birth data you provide (Date, Time, and Location).

  • It is the client's responsibility to ensure the birth time is correct before submitting the order.

  • If you provide incorrect data and realize it after the report has been generated, a new report must be purchased at full price.

4. Intellectual Property & Software Credit

The text and layout of the custom reports are the intellectual property of Soul Frequencies. You may not resell, reproduce, or distribute these reports commercially.

Software Attribution: The Human Design charts (BodyGraphs) contained in these reports are generated using Maia Mechanics Imaging. The Human Design System and the BodyGraph™ are registered trademarks of Jovian Archive Media Inc.

5. Medical & Legal Disclaimer

Human Design is a system used for self-knowledge, educational, and entertainment purposes only.

  • Not Medical Advice: The information in these reports is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Not Psychological/Financial Advice: Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read in your report.

  • Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results in life. Soul Frequencies is not liable for any decisions made based on the information provided in these reports.

6. Delivery Timeline

I strive to deliver all reports within 48 to 96 hours of purchase. If you have not received your report within this timeframe, please check your spam folder before contacting me at clara28@soulfrequencies.community.

7. Privacy

I respect your privacy. Your birth data is used solely for the purpose of generating your report and is not shared with third parties.
